Bun Cha (Vietnamese Meatballs)

Bun Cha - Vietnamese Caramelized Pork Meatballs served with vermicelli noodles, lots of fresh veggies, herbs and a sweet, sour and savory Nouc Cham sauce.


I doubled the sauce recipe to make sure that everyone had plenty. This dish is so quick and easy to make and the fam all agreed that it is so so good! I'm not kidding! This is my second time making this dish and it's definitely a dish that I will make again and again!
