Another family favorite is this No-Bake Crème Brûlée. It's so simple to make and requires no baking. It's cooked by steaming for just 10 mins then chilled in the fridge for 2 hours to set. When ready to serve, top each custard with some sugar and torch to caramelise. Voila! Easy peasy!

45g cream cheese
30g granulated sugar
2 egg yolks
200ml heavy cream
1/4 vanilla beans (I used vanilla extract)
1 tsp granulated sugar (for the crunchy caramel topping).
