Lo Bak Go or Turnip Cake or Radish Cake is a traditional Cantonese Dimsum dish made from shredded daikon radish and rice flour. Other ingredients include dried shrimp, mushroom and Chinese Sausage. It it commonly found in dimsum restaurants but the homemade version is definitely as good if not better!
You can serve it without frying, after it's steamed but the fried version is way more yummy! Recipe from The Woks of Life.
