I'm in love with these Thin and Chewy Sheet-Pan Brownies from Epicurious. This recipe is a game changer! Because the batter gets spread out so thinly, it yields super yummy, thin and chewy brownies which are not cakey at all!

½ cup unsalted butter
1¼ cups sugar
¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
¾ teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon kosher salt
2 cold large eggs
½ cup all-purpose flour
1 cup finely chopped walnuts and mini chocolate chips
oil spray
• Bake at 165C for 18 mins
Note: I used a 15x10" baking pan, sprayed with baking spray.
