Ingredients: (Makes 72 cookies)
1 cup (225g) unsalted butter, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
Sprinkles, jimmies, cherries for decorating
1. With an electric or stand mixer, beat together butter, sugar and salt.
2. Beat in egg and vanilla extract until smooth.
3. Add in flour and mix till a dough is formed.
4. Load the cookie press with the dough and press away onto a lined baking sheet. Decorate with sprinkles.
5. Bake at 175°C for 10 mins till cookies are lightly browned around the edges.
