When the family asks for chocolate chip cookies, my go to recipe is by Chef Anna Olson. It's such a great recipe! It's no wonder her YouTube video have over 16M views! The cookie dough takes only a few minutes to whip up, an hour to chill and 17 mins to bake up. You may of course customise the cookies with whatever kind of chocolate chips or nuts of your choice and for my family it is more chocolate chips and topped with lots of chocolate chunks.
