Inspired by the abundance of sunshine in the backyard, I couldn’t resist turning these freshly picked oranges into a cake! 🍊 This beauty is bursting with citrus flavor and has the perfect moist crumb. Trust me, it’s pure heaven in every bite!

Ingredients (makes one 8 inch cake)
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C.
2. Whisk together: Sugar 3/4 cup 3 eggs Vanilla extract 1 tsp Zest of 1 orange Canola oil 1/4 cup Sour cream 3 Tbsps
3. Sift into the wet ingredients & fold gently: All purpose flour 2 cups Baking powder 3 tsp
4. Fold in: Orange juice 1/4 cup
5. Pour into a greased pan and bake for 30 mins.
Drizzle:
Powdered sugar 2-3 Tbsp
Orange juice 1 Tbsp
