Healthy Oatmeal Blender Pancakes

Tired of having plain old oatmeal for pancakes? Change it up by making these delicious and healthy Oatmeal Blender Pancakes. It's a game changer!

Ingredients: (makes 7 pancakes)

2 cups rolled oats

1 ripe banana

1 egg

1 cup unsweetened soy milk

1 tbsp honey

1 tsp vanilla

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp salt

1 tsp cinnamon


  1. Place all ingredients into a blender. Blend for 30 seconds.

  2. Rest batter for 1 minute.

  3. Heat up a nonstick pan and spray lightly with oil of choice. I used light olive oil.

  4. Fry pancakes till golden brown on each side and serve immediately.


Rise and shine, it's pancake time!
