I really love how my Sakura Matcha Shokupan turned out!
The recipe is adapted from my favorite Windsor Bread recipe from Apron.
I mixed half of the dough with matcha powder and decorated the loaf with Salt Picked Sakura Blossoms before baking. The shokupan is baked in a Pullman loaf pan for 30 mins at 180C.
I really like how the sakura blossoms look with the matcha!
Super soft on the inside too!
