I sat the dough in the fridge to rise overnight and finished shaping, boiling and baking them during lunch time today. Add sesame seeds before baking or leave them plain and add your favorite toppings like cinnamon sugar or lemon drizzle and sprinkles.
They are so delicious I ate two of them at once!
Lemon Cream Cheese Drizzle
2 oz. cream cheese softened
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/2 - 1 Tbsp milk
1 Tbsp lemon juice
Beat all the ingredients together with a whisk or electric mixer and drizzle over pretzels. Add sprinkles!
